Chinmaya Institute of Technology conducted a guest talk on 22.06.2016 at college campus . The resource person for the event was Ms.Manjusha Mohan, Proprietor at Game on, Partner G’sons Apparels is a competent professional with 11 years experience across multiple industries in areas like Supply Chain Operations for a reputed menswear Brand and Software Program Management for various multi-national companies. She quit a well-paying, cushy job just to help her father start G’Mall.

She owns and operates Game on – A Gaming and family entertainment zone at G’Mall, Kannur. She introduces creativity like conducting theme based birthday parties for kids and starting of library to give a unique experience to the kids and parents. Her message was “Passion is what drives into success’. She spoke about the difficulty of being a women entrepreneur. Normally women gives the credit of success to other people.

The women should start taking ownership themselves for their effort and achievement. Also, women should ask for fees for the services rendered. For making the business successful, create an informal connect in formal relationship. This will help in building customer relationship. Finally, the students should try to boost their self-confidence, always be ready to learn, and try to get a good mentor to be successful in all walks of life. The session ended with aninteractive discussion on various dimensions of managing a business.
